New brands of Hotel business in Ukraine

Specialists of Consulting Company Colliers International predict the opening in Kyiv four new hotels of the middle and upper price segment. The experts admit that new players of the hotel business can lead to the price cutting of the room in the expensive Kyiv’s hotels.

The management of new hotels will be carried out by the international hotel operators Razidor Hotel Group, Hilton Worldwide, Marriot International and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Hilton Kiev Hotel and Sheraton Kiev Olympiysky with number of rooms 262 and 196 will have the status of five-star hotels. Hotel Renaissance Kiev Hotel will have four stars and 173 rooms, and the hotel Park Inn by Radisson Kyiv Troyitska - three stars with 199 rooms.
