How do I search for hotels by price?

Fill out the search box and click "Search". Once you get the results of your search, you will see links on the top of the search results page, which will enable you to sort the listing of hotels by star rating and cost.

What's the difference between a double room and a twin room?

Double rooms usually have one large bed. Twin rooms usually have two separate single or queen size beds.

Are the rates on your website per person or per room?

All rates for accommodation and transportation are per room/per vehicle rates. All rates for sightseeing are per person rates.

My credit card has been charged. How can I get a refund?

In case you would like to get a refund you need to click “My Booking” button and fill in your booking reference number and email then click “Cancel”.

Is it safe to fill in my credit card number? How secure is your website?

Your credit card information is sent to the hotel and our booking partner through a secure server, using the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our booking partner also uses a firewall which protects their servers and network against unauthorized access.
