HotelsUkraine is the Arktur Ltd trademark, registered in Ukraine (hereinafter or System), license number АВ № 566474. Any bookings made through the System confirm that you, as a client of the System (hereinafter referred to as "System Client") have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions specified below:  

Arktur Ltd is an official partner of Ukrainian Kennel Union (UKU) for hotel accommodation and other travel services in Ukraine in particular with the web site HotelsUkraine being an official hotels reservations portal for delegates and participants of Euro Dog Show 2017, that will take place in Kyiv in 23-28 August 2017.


In order to book services System Client is to search in the System via booking module. The System functions as a booking basket so that the number of services per one booking is unlimited. Agreeing to the System terms and conditions and completing registration form, System Client proceeds to payment. Booking in the System is available with the full prepayment only, according to the payment method selected at the moment of booking. System Client receives Confirmation voucher in case of successful payment only.  

Delegates and participants of EuroDogShow 2017, who require accommodation with pets (dogs), are welcome to review available hotels in Kyiv , that agreed to meet the needs of Ukrainian Kennel Union and hold space particularly for this event , in section Hotels for Euro Dog Show 2017 team cannot be held liable for any problems or difficulties upon the check in or during stay at the hotel, if guest provided false or misleading information about pet's size and breed during the registration process on

It is responsibility of the guest to make sure that pet's characteristics correspond to the above stated rules of the hotel. does not bear any responsibility for any problems or difficulties upon the check in or during stay at the hotel, if guest did not follow the above rules while processing reservation via the web site.


By credit or debit card 

• Online payment is possible by Visa and Mastercard credit cards. AmEx payment is possible in offline mode only. 
• All payments are withdrawn from the account in Ukrainian Hryvnia at the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the day of payment. 
• All credit card payment transactions are made on a secure server bank "Private" Ukraine and are 100% safe. 
• In case of suspicion of illegal use of a credit card to pay online on, System administration reserves the right to cancel unpaid services, and accept all previously sent vouchers invalid. 

By bank transfer according to invoice

• Invoice is generated by the system automatically after Client of the System made his choice and completed registration form on the web site.
• Invoice must be settled within 3 days after it was issued but not later than in 2 days before the day of arrival of Clients of the system, that processed a booking for no more than 9 pax
• If no payment is received as per above stated rules, booking is cancelled automatically.

Peculiarities of Privat Bank payment (LiqPay system) 

System Client requires a cell phone to proceed with payment. In order to verify identity of the System Client, during the payment process a text message with a unique code will be sent. System Client is to enter it in the appropriate field in order to proceed with the payment process. 

Attention! The cell phone number should be input strictly in the following format: +38 055 5555555 or 38 055 5555555, where 38 – country code, 055 – cell phone operator code, 5555555 – cell phone number. Important: SMS will NOT be delivered if any other formats of phone number input are used (0038 055 5555555 etc.) 

Secure Payment by Bank Cards 

At the payment system’s request to identify the System Client as the holder of a credit card, System administration is of the right to request the System Client signed authorization letter and a copy of the passport. This is a measure to protect System Client security from bank card frauds. 

Cancellations / Booking changes / No Shows

All requests for changes or cancellations of System Client’s confirmed bookings must be submitted in written to the email

Penalties for cancellations of paid individual bookings are charged as below : 

• 3 or more days prior to arrival: 3% of the total paid amount;
• 48 hours prior to arrival : cancellation fee amounts to cost of 1st night stay of each booked hotel room;
• On the day of arrival or in case of no show with the booking baing processed at refundable tariffs - fee amoounts to the first night of stay per each cancelled/not used room, if other conditions are not specified in the voucher or confirmation letter, that Client of the System receives after processing reservation
• If Client of the System cancels the rest of his stay, booked at refundable tariffs, after his scheduled arrival date, the System charges the Client for all actually used hotel nights + a fee of one extra night stay per each hotel room.
• Reservations for transfers and sightseeing for groups from 1 to to 5 pax can be cancelled without any cancellation fees in more than 48 hours prior to planned time of start of the service.
• Transfers and sightseeing reservation is considered as non refundable (cancellation fee amounts to 100% cost of the service), if cancellation of any of these services arrives in less than 48 hours prior to the planned time of start of the service (or in case of no show) .
• Cancellations are accepted in written form only and must be confirmed to the Client by the System administration. 

The exceptions are certain hotels and services, where cancellation terms appear on the web-pages prior to booking as well as on booking summary and vouchers. 

Penalties for group bookings are specified in the groups confirmation. 

EUROVISION 2017 in Kyiv, 01.05.2017-14.05.2017

All reservations, booked for the above period, are non refundable. Payment for such bookings is not subject to any refund in case of cancellation or no show

EURODOGSHOW 2017 in Kyiv, 23.08.2017-28.08.2017

All bookings, processed after 16 June 2017 are non refundable. Payment for such bookings is no subject to any refund in case of cancellation or no show.

All bookings, processed prior to 17 June 2017 , can be cancelled with a fee of 30 Euro per room per booking till 16 June 2017. Starting from 17 June 2017 such reservations become non refundable and in case of cancellation or no show the fee amounts to 100% cost of the booking.

Check-in Time 

14:00 – 18:00 (local time) is considered to be a standard check-in time to a hotel. Early check-in or late check-out might be a subject to additional fees or special booking conditions. 

Visa to Ukraine 

The System is not responsible of System Client’s Visa and passport issue, as well as for any needed stamps or stickers that pets should have in their passport in order to enter Ukraine (e.g., for participants of Euro Dog Show 2017).

Citizens of the following countries do not require visa to enter Ukraine for less than 90 days period: Austria, Azerbaijan, Andorra, Armenia, Belgium, Belarus, Bulgaria, Vatican, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Holland (Netherlands), Greece, Georgia, Denmark, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Canada, Kyrgyzstan, Cyprus, South Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, USA, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Finland, France, Check Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia, Japan. 

Citizens of all other countries must apply for a Ukrainian visa in their home country in advance. 

Cost of visa support is $ 30 and is non-refundable. Registration fees are non-refundable as well. 


In order to apply changes to a reservation (e.g. guest name, last name, arrival or departure date, amount of booked services, room type or hotel class change, services type changes etc.), there are two options for System Client: 

• Make a new reservation and cancel the previous one; 
• Send written changes to e-mail address

Minimum stay 

Certain rates are valid only for ‘minimum stay’ period as indicated. If you book for more or fewer nights the hotel reserves the right to offer an alternative rate appropriate for the duration requested. 

Booking Deadlines is able to accept online bookings up to the arrival day, depending on a hotel. 

Additional Hotel Charges 

All services not mentioned in your voucher (e.g. meals, phone calls, laundry and mini bar) must be paid directly at the hotel prior to check-out. 

Errors is not responsible for any contingencies incurred as a result of System Client inputting the incorrect dates or data. 


In case of System Client having a genuine complaint re services at the moment of implementation (and he/she cannot resolve it with the hotel directly), System Client should immediately report it to using the emergency number on the voucher or booking summary. System representative will attempt to resolve the matter asap or search an alternative option for pre-paid services (accommodation in another hotel etc.) if appropriate. Upgrades incur additional costs. Accommodation complaints are not considered if System Client failed to report it to the representative on time. 

Age of Consent 

At the time of booking System Client confirms that he/she is over 18 years old. 

Force Majeure is not responsible for any failure or delay in meeting its obligations under direct or indirect uncontrollable circumstances. Force Majeur circumstances include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, outbreak of hostilities, riots, civil disorders, terrorism acts, revolutions, the act of any government or authority, fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption in utility service work (including electricity, gas and telecommunication services), reconstruction works carried out at the hotel, or strikes. 

Booking Changes 

If previously confirmed bookings are not available or can’t be fully implemented, or in case they were not caused by force majeure, is responsible for offering alternative options for pre-paid services being equivalent in cost and category. If no alternative – higher category will be offered without additional cost to the System Client. In case of alternative variants refusal, System Client is of a right to get a full refund from the System. 

Contact Details 

If the System Client fails to provide the correct email address and phone number with country code, the System administration is not responsible for the failure to receive documents and messages concerning the status of System Client reservation. The administration reserves the right to cancel reservation, if in case of incorrect contact details input System representatives are unable to reach System Client if needed.
